Windows 10 to Linux Samba SMB

Windows 10 to Linux Samba SMB connections have always been frustratingly difficult. Android, MacOS, Linux all connect fine. It's always just Windows that has the issues. This Microsoft post solved my issue.

Whenever I tried mapping the share, it'd say my path wasn't valid, which was BS since it was working on every non Windows device. Turns out, all you have to do is go to credentials manager and add the login for the share. I have no idea why it wasn't smart enough to pop up a login window, or why it wouldn't say "you need authorization" or something like that. Instead I get "path invalid".  Seriously. Windows wastes so much of my time trying to just get it to basic things.
